Our Story
Gourmet Delights was established in 2010 by Chef Antoine Dubois, a San Francisco native with a passion for bringing the flavors of the world to his hometown. Inspired by his travels through Europe and Asia, Antoine envisioned a restaurant that celebrated culinary innovation while honoring the traditions of classic fine dining. He started with a small, intimate space in North Beach, focusing on creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests could enjoy expertly crafted dishes made with the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients.
Over the years, Gourmet Delights has grown from a hidden gem into a celebrated culinary destination. We have expanded our dining area to accommodate more guests and added a private dining room for special events. However, our commitment to quality and personalized service remains unchanged. Meet Our Team

Chef Antoine Dubois
As the founder and head chef of Gourmet Delights, Antoine Dubois brings over 20 years of culinary experience to the table. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he honed his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe before returning to San Francisco to open his own establishment. Antoine's innovative dishes and unwavering commitment to quality have earned Gourmet Delights numerous awards and accolades.
Antoine's culinary philosophy is simple: use the best ingredients, treat them with respect, and let their natural flavors shine. He is a passionate advocate for sustainable farming practices and works closely with local farmers and fishermen to source the freshest produce and seafood. When he's not in the kitchen, Antoine enjoys exploring the diverse culinary scene of San Francisco and spending time with his family.

Isabelle Moreau, Sommelier
Isabelle Moreau is our resident wine expert, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion to our wine program. With a degree in enology from the University of Bordeaux, Isabelle has traveled the world in search of the perfect wine pairings. She is dedicated to curating a diverse and exciting wine list that complements our menu and enhances the dining experience.
Isabelle is always eager to share her expertise with our guests, offering personalized recommendations and guiding them through the world of wine. She also hosts regular wine tasting events at Gourmet Delights, providing an opportunity for guests to discover new varietals and learn about the art of wine pairing. Her dedication and sophisticated palate ensure that every glass of wine served at Gourmet Delights is a delight.

Javier Rodriguez, Restaurant Manager
Javier Rodriguez is the heart and soul of our front-of-house operations. As the restaurant manager, he is responsible for ensuring that every guest has a seamless and memorable dining experience. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Javier has a knack for anticipating guests' needs and exceeding their expectations.
Javier is a natural leader, and he inspires our staff to provide the highest level of service. He is also a master problem-solver, always ready to handle any challenge with grace and efficiency. His warm personality and genuine care for our guests make him an invaluable member of the Gourmet Delights team.
